Orders failed in first bulk plan but successfully planned in second bulk plan

Summary:

We’re encountering an issue during bulk planning where some orders fail to plan in the first bulk plan. However, when we attempt to plan the same failed orders in a second BP - without making any changes to the order details, they are successfully planned.

This inconsistency is causing consolidation issues. We have verified that rates and equipment capacities are available for the relevant dates.

Source location is same and destination location is different for all orders

Weight and Volumes of all orders are within the desired limit.

Kindly let me know if someone has faced this issue and what is the resolution for that ?
