Modify verbiage when "Request Information" is used

Summary: X, Y, Z are manager within a hierarchy where X reports to Y and Y reports to Z. Approvals are set up for ICP in a serial manner such that if X initiates, it goes to Y for Approval and then goes to Z for approval. Now say the transaction was approved by Y and now is in approval queue for Z. Z goes ahead and selects the "Request Information" action with flow as "Follow Approval Route" and sends it to X.

Now when X gets the notification, it shows "Information requested by Z" in the approval chain. When X uses "Submit Information" , it goes to Y and the notification for Y shows "Information requested by Z". Is there any way to modify this verbage to say "Information requested by Z from X"
