Workforce scheduling - validation requires multiple qualification types

Summary:

Our client's requirement is to apply multiple qualification types while validating for eligible worker to be assigned/scheduled to the shift.
How this can be achieved please?

Is there any plan to allow multiple selection per qualification type, e.g. multiple Competencies, Certifications, Languages please?
