OTM Parcel External Rating Engine Using REST API Without OBN and SOAP/WSDL.

Hi Team,

We are trying to configure an External Rating Engine in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) for Parcel rating using REST APIs, without using Oracle Business Network (OBN).

However, we are facing difficulties because OTM seems to mandate SOAP-based web services with WSDL documents for configuring an External Rating Engine. We attempted to configure the rating engine without OBN and without a WSDL-based SOAP service, but we were not successful.

We referred to the External Programming Interface Guide, which mentions REST APIs, but we could not find a clear way to implement a REST-based External Rating Engine for Parcel rating using standard OTM configuration.
