Validation Error Message on Evaluate Absences Process

We have setup an error message that doesn't allow employees to update their absence entries (Validation)
Then we noticed the Evaluate Absences process have errored and when looking at the logs, we can see the error message from the Validation formula.

Is it an expected behavior that these Evaluate Absence Status are in Error status. Does this have an impact on any area? If not, how can we prevent these Error status.
