Is it possible to format worksheet rows?

Wondering if formatting of rows is available - similar to Conditional Formatting in Excel.

For example

  • Grey text for Ineligible person rows
  • Shading of rows based on criteria

We are using Alerts for some of this, but wanting to check if other options?
