When 'Releasing' Compensation Statements 'Direct Reports Need Attention' is not changing

Summary:

We are currently transitioning to Redwood for Workforce Compensation and are noticing that when releasing compensation change statements to direct reports, the indicator under 'Communicate' (Direct Reports Need Attention) is not changing.

Based on our research, we found the below; however, I was wondering if we are missing something or if we should submit an Enhancement Request? We also tried to see if there is a 'Column' we can add under the 'Communicate' tab to show Released vs Unreleased or a Table but that is not an option either.
