Talent Review Advisor AI Agent Not Recognizing Direct Reports

Summary:

We are testing the Talent Review Advisor AI Agent, and we are having trouble getting results for the full hierarchy of direct reports. For example, when asking questions, it does pull data for my direct report, but when I ask for data on my direct report's team, it responds that my direct report has no direct reports. We did run the Refresh Manager hierarchy process, but it did not resolve the issue. Has anyone else had this issue?
