Employees unable to view cancelled performance documents

Hello everyone,

We’ve recently encountered an issue in related to performance documents visibility and wanted to check if anyone else has experienced something similar.

We noticed that employees are unable to see any of their performance documents when all of them are in Cancelled status.

For example, one employee currently has only cancelled performance documents and cannot see anything under Career & Performance > Performance.
