How to configure custom roles to users to grant view-only access to Benefits Configuration

We are creating custom roles for users, who require read-only Benefits configuration access to the list of access areas below.
We cannot find the Duty Roles, Privileges or DSPs that grant read-only access to these configuration access areas, please provide a list of security objects, Duty Roles, Privileges and DSPs that provide read-only access to these configuration objects.
