COMPLETED - CX Apps: Application Management Service (AMS) DB Maintenance
We will be performing urgent maintenance on the Oracle Application Management Service (AMS) database. This maintenance impacts Responsys programs using CX Apps apps, such as Facebook Custom Audience, WhatsApp, and RCS.
Impacts
During the migration window, please note the following:
- CX Apps apps configuration may be temporarily unavailable.
- You may not be able to create nor edit CX Apps app stages in Program.
- Data exchange between Program and a given CX Apps app may be delayed. Published programs containing a CX App will accumulate enactments in the app stage.
- Normal operations will resume promptly after the maintenance is complete and no action is required on your part.
