Is anyone else getting this service interruption message for OCI IAM in production to employees?

Summary:

Employees are seeing this message in Oracle in various different screens within Oracle. Most of them so far are when looking at absence balance. We have started the pre-upgrade steps in the lower environments but haven't done anything in PROD yet for OCI IAM upgrade.
