Redwood Existing Time Cards tile not visible with 26B release

We are on the Redwood timecards for ESS. With the 26B release, the Existing Time Cards tile in the navigation Me>Time and Absences has disappeared. We have checked the profile option ORA_HXT_WORKER_VBCS_TC_UI_ENABLED and it is set to Yes, that is the redwood control profile. We have also checked the EL Expressions and they all align as well.

This is a snip from our Prod environment with what is expected to be seen:

And this is what is now in our lower DEV environments with the release:

When we check our Visual Builder for the page, VB is saying the page doesn't exist.
