Approval Chain is Blank

Summary:

Hi,

We are using standard Primary Manager Hierarchy for workforce compensation Plan.

Issue is Line Manager Unable to see the Approval chain Details

If the Line Manager click on Submit for approval, it shows who is the next approver.

We need the approval chain to show the details
