Good day, I have a question regarding SFA, which I will detail below.
I have a client account with the example RUT "1-5855555". A search is performed using Export Management in the Accounts object, in the Accounts interface, and via Postmant at "crmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/accounts/". However, when performing the search, it's as if the account doesn't exist.
A search is also performed using OTBI on the "HZ_ORGANIZATION_PROFILES" table, and it is verified that the account exists with the following fields in the active state:
