Redwood Global Models - Percentage of Column is rounding to whole percents (not allowing decimals)

I am testing the Redwood Global Models pages - the percentage of column is rounding to full percentages and not letting me put in partial percentages (ex. 3.6%)

I created a Global Model, as we normally do, for the budget. Unfortunately, we are required to budget off a % of annualized salary (and not eligible salary as our eligible salary is a prorated annualized salary for some). To accomplish this, I built this in Modeling:
which Numeric Column 17 is a dynamic column of [Annual Salary].
In responsive, when I would enter the percentage, I could enter up to two decimal points (ex. 3.60):
