Override Derived Rate

Summary:

Hi experts, we have a requirement to create add a rate definition for our salary basis which should be 50% of the Base Rate but users should be allowed to override this value with a specific amount. Initially, we thought of creating a Derived Rates category, but the Override tab is grayed out.

Do you know how we can achieve this?
