talent score rating is not editable in talent review

Hi All,

Line Managers are not able to view Talent score in Talent review or able to edit that field. We have give Content section access for Talent score to Manager and HR specialist .It is not visible on Talent ratings and also not editable on Talent review for managers. Pls suggest.
