Absence approved in Core HR but not reflected in PPM Scheduled Resources

Hello,

We have configured a custom Absence Type with an Absence Plan of type Not Entitlement.

The process works as follows:

  • The absence is entered via Add Absence
  • The absence request can be submitted and approved by the manager
  • Once approved, the absence:
    • appears correctly in Team Time Card
    • has the correct approved status

However, we are facing an issue on the PPM (Project Portfolio Management) side.

Issue

Approved absences are not reflected in PPM Scheduled Resources / Resource Schedule.

Example:

  • Resource Henri OTL1 has several absences entered and approved:
    • some in May
    • others in July
  • These absences are correctly:
    • approved by the manager
