Absence approved in Core HR but not reflected in PPM Scheduled Resources
Hello,
We have configured a custom Absence Type with an Absence Plan of type Not Entitlement.
The process works as follows:
- The absence is entered via Add Absence
- The absence request can be submitted and approved by the manager
- Once approved, the absence:
- appears correctly in Team Time Card
- has the correct approved status
However, we are facing an issue on the PPM (Project Portfolio Management) side.
Issue
Approved absences are not reflected in PPM Scheduled Resources / Resource Schedule.
Example:
- Resource Henri OTL1 has several absences entered and approved:
- some in May
- others in July
- These absences are correctly:
- approved by the manager
