Guided Journey Perf Doc Filtering in VBS

Summary:

Hello! We’re trying to include more detailed instructions for managers within Performance Documents. The standard “Show Competency Info” links aren’t granular enough for our needs.

Specifically, we want different rating descriptions for Competencies vs. Goals, even though both sections use the same Profile Model (Exceeds/Meets/Below). The UI doesn’t currently allow different descriptors by section, so we’re exploring alternatives.

Our approach:

• Created a Guided Journey with the desired instructions
• Applied it at the page level via VBS

However, we have some complexity:

• A JV population that also uses HCM for performance
• A separate Probationary evaluation process
