As part of the delivered Career Potential section under talent rating page supported by Potential Rating Model, we have enabled an additional flex field as Progression Intent as shown below in the screenshot..

Is it feasible to show this flex field value within the talent review meeting along with potential rating during calibration process either in table or graphical mode?
