Unable to Assign Delegate – User Appears as Inactive Despite Active Assignment
in Expenses
We are encountering an “Inactive Employee” error when creating an expense report and incase a delegate submits the report. As per checking the person is rehired and in active status.
Error message:
"The expense report for inactive employees cannot include cash expense items. Please remove these items from the report and submit again (EXM-630480)."
