AI Assist for Manager Evaluations – returning only positive comment suggestions

Is there a way to review or adjust the sentiment settings for AI features?

We enabled the Manager Evaluation of Workers AI Assist; however, the comments generated are consistently very positive and do not return critical feedback. This occurs even when current comments state that the employee is not meeting expectations/has room to improve, their goals are overdue and incomplete, etc.

Is anyone else experiencing this? The suggested comment should summarize and suggest constructive or critical feedback, not just provide a glowing review.
