We are trying to generate a Knowledge Article from a document using AI Assist. However, we are facing an issue where Step 1 completes successfully, but Step 2 ends in an error.

We have already enabled all the required profile options and are using Redwood Knowledge.

We would like to understand if there is any additional configuration that we might have missed, or if any additional license is required for this functionality to work properly.
