Staff Number in work order operation

Resource Instance (identifier) not visible in work order operation level

We have requirement to view the identifier (staff number ) for the resource instance. we have multiple resources with same first and last name, it is difficult to select the reosurce instacne from the drop down just based on name.

How to view the resource identifier or staff number or id in the work order operation level?
