How to Display Employee Preferred Roles for Managers and HR?

Hi Oracle HCM Community,
we have a requirement. We want to know if in Grow the preferred roles indicated by employees can be accessible to managers and HR.
Currently employees can indicate their preferred roles in Grow, but we can't find a way to make them visible to managers and HR.
Questions:
- Is this a configuration we're missing?
- Is there a standard report for this?
- Has anyone solved this?
