Can we send DOR attachment file to employee email address once journey task is completed

in Human Capital Management

Summary:

We have created one Journey task where employee can generate an HR letter and it gets stored in document of records. But we also wants to send same generated letter to employees' email address as attachment once Journey task is completed.

Let me if it possible and if yes what is the best way to do it?
