Redwood - Feedback Center - How to hide actions from feedbacks

We would like to hide the actions available from the three dots on the feedbacks in feedback center

Hello experts,

When we go from My Client Groups → Show more → Talent → Feedback Center, and select a person, we get this view:

We would like to hide those actions from the three dots, if possible based on the role of the user.

Is it possible from VB or maybe are there privileges related to this?
