Exporting more than 1000 rows from shipments screen

I have below property added in OTM, buy shipment screen has 2300 data, while exporting the data, we received 502 gateway error.

For exporting the data, the criteria is end date between 01-APR-2026 to 30-APR-2026 and refnum same as/begin with ABC.
