Active employee is displayed as terminated in talent profile

Hello all,

We are currently facing an issue with an employee that is Active in Orion but while searching in Talent Profile, we can only find her as Terminated Worker.
We noticed that her profile code is linked with her old inactive assignment and not with her new one that is active.

Has anyone faced this behavior before? How can we fix this?
