Potential Rating on Potential Assessment in Talent Review Meeting

Hi,

We've a requirement to have the same score from Potential Rating to point to two different values.

Ex. A - 1, B - 2, C-3

Combination of-

A + C + C + C = 10 and

B + B + C + C = 10. The first combination should have At Potential and the second combination should have Rising Potential as rating.

Please let us know if there's any way to accommodate the requirement.
