Best approach to automate "No Show" in OTL Timecards

Summary:

I want to implement a logic in OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) to identify "No Show" employees

I need the system to automatically flag a day as "No Show" on the timecard if:

  1. The employee has a scheduled shift for that day.
  2. There are no Clock-In/Out entries.
  3. There is no approved Absence (Leave) or Public Holiday.
  4. It is not the employee's weekend/off day.

What is the best way to achieve this?
