Prevent Participants from viewing Check-ins in participant feedback for performance document

Summary:

Currently, when a Participant has been added to a Performance Document, and they are completing the feedback questionnaire, if they click on Show More Info, they are able to view the employee's Check-in history.

We want to prevent that from happening, and ensure Check-in information remains private for only the employee, the manager, and HR.
