Automatic Retender shipment after Tender Decline

Hi All,

In OTM, when a carrier declines a tender via the web interface, the system automatically triggers a retender process.

Is there any way to prevent this behaviour other than using the parameter “MAX NUMBER OF RETENDERS”?

At the moment, if this parameter is set to 0, after the tender is declined the shipment status changes to SECURE_RESOURCE_MAX_RE_TENDER instead of DECLINED.

Our expectation would be to stop the automatic retendering process while keeping the shipment in a clear “Declined” status.

Has anyone experienced the same behaviour or identified an alternative configuration/workaround to achieve this?
