How to restrict self approval when user creates absence request?

Summary:

We have absence workflow configured -

Employee submits the absence —> Line Manager —> "Role Name A" (Application Role)

The "Role Name A" role has multiple users tagged to it.. Any person with the role assigned can claim the request and approve.

If user belonging have 'Role Name A 'role and creates the request, we dont want the creator to self approve his/her own request.

Configured below conditions in BPM to achieve it but still after commiting changes we could see the user is recieving the request to approve his/her request-

Any idea how to achieve ?
