How do I change the factor for an absence in Calculation Entries

Summary:

Occasionally we have an Absence load to Calculation Entries with a Factor of zero, so the employee's pay is zero. This is very random, so we haven't been able to isolate the issue. We also have one-off PTO Cash-outs that need their factors changed to 0.75. Before 25C we were able to correct the factor in the absence entry but now we can't. How do we fix this? If it is using HDL, is there a template available that we can use to update just the factor?
