Alert based on Seniority Date for a Resource Review Due Notification

Hi Team,

I am trying to configure an alert in Alerts Composer to notify a manager when a resource review is due, based on an employee’s seniority date.

The requirement is:

• Trigger an alert annually based on the employee’s seniority date (or a calculated due date derived from it).
• Send the notification to the employee’s line manager.
• Display a message such as: “Your resource review is due this year.”

What is the recommended approach to calculate and trigger alerts based on this date (e.g., SQL condition, scheduled evaluation, or alternative solution)? Did anyone create it in the past, what expression did you use to create the resource alert?
