How Can We Restrict Goal Updates for Employees and Managers using VBS ?
Hello,
We want to restrict the Goal Name and Description fields when goals are accessed through the Employee (Self-Service) or Manager (My Team) pages.
The objective is to set these specific fields to read-only for Employees and Managers, while maintaining read/write access for HR Specialists and Administrators. Since we are not using roles for this logic, the restriction must be based on the user's navigation path.
Access Requirements:
- Employees: When accessing via the "Me" tab, the "Goal Name" and "Description" fields must be locked. However, they must retain the ability to edit "Success Criteria."
