This is about the requirement where the given absence has got a defined eligibility rule.

The question is about - whether we should go for just absence type setup with eligibility linked to it or if we should go for absence plan linked to the absence type, considering that it will just one absence type here?

If anyone has worked with only absence type for handling such case -please share the details.

I believe it is typically absence plan and absence type as a combination for absence handling, but would like to know if anyone has handled it without absence plan.
