Make Digital Signature Required

Is is possible to make the digital signature required in performance documents in order for workers to submit their annual review?

I have selected the checkbox for digital signature within the standard performance template.

I checked the section processing for Final Feedback and didn't see any relevant configuration options to make the digital signature required.

When workers are providing final feedback, the system is allowing them to submit without selecting the box.
