Unable to import File Type properties from WACS-OFS Accelerator into FFS environment

Summary:
We are using the WACS-OFS Accelerator, which requires importing XML file properties into Oracle Field Service. Initially, our project was planned for OFS, but after discussions with Oracle, we moved from OFS to FFS with the understanding that the accelerator would still be compatible and there would be no functional impact.
However, while importing the WACS-OFS properties into the FFS environment, the import failed for File Type properties. It appears that FFS does not provide an option to create or configure File Type properties manually, and these properties were not imported into the environment.
