Default Timestamp 00:00 when override SAD or SSD in Redwood

Summary:

Hi,

When you manually update in Sales Order Line SAD or SSD in Redwood screen the timestamp gets defaulted to 00:00. This is a bit confusing specially when working in different time zones. Usually all timestamps in OM are set to 23:59 so why when changing it manually it gets defaulted to 00:00?

Is there any way to change this default? setup? VBS?
