Talent Review “Select Ratings for Reviewer” not visible when duplicating review

Hello,

I am encountering an issue when duplicating a Talent Review.

When I create a new Talent Review, the “Select Ratings for Reviewer” options are visible and can be selected as expected. However, when I duplicate an existing Talent Review, the rating options are no longer visible.

This behavior appears to be consistent across environments and browsers:

• Observed in Production and Dev4
• Reproduced in both Edge and Chrome
• Occurs in both private and non-private browsing sessions

Expected behavior:
The “Select Ratings for Reviewer” options should remain visible when duplicating a Talent Review, similar to when creating a new one.
