Redwood: Hiding Performance Document Card from Worker Pending HR Approval

Summary: Redwood Performance Management exposes the "Progressive Discipline - Final Warning" document card to employees immediately upon manager submission while still pending HR approval. We need a Visual Builder Studio (VBS) workaround to hide this card during the approval state without changing our curated process flow.
