Parallel operation diagram is blank in Work Definition

Summary:

We have enabled Parallel Operations in our instance and have configured them, saved without errors. After doing this we click the click to see the Dependency Diagram from the Work Definition screen and it is just blank. When I create a work order for the same item/work definition and click to see the Dependency Diagram it is returning data. Is this a bug?
