Ability to disable On-Call and non-working reason features.

Hi Team,

We have a requirement where the customer is looking to turn off the on call feature. Natively from OFSC there is no way to turn it off, but as an admin is there a way by which I can turn off the option to add on call onto the technicians shifts.

Also, is there a way to stop the user to add non-working time. In our business there is practically no use of non-working reasons/time. We have deactivated all non working reasons so at the moment but the option still comes when a user navigates to resource calendar page and since the non working reasons are not added, it gives an error to the user, but we just wanted to check if there is a way by which we can stop the user to add non working time/reasons all together.
