23D Unpaid Break Meal hours are not deducted from Absence Duration

Summary:

I have created Work Shift =Time with Meal row as 0.5 Hours, Work Pattern and Work Schedule. When I try to enter Absence from Redwood page Unpaid Meal hours are not being deducted from Duration. Attaching document for your reference.

Could you please help me with what am I missing out here?
