We have a requirement where HR should be able to view the employee entered comments and update them timely. But in the Redwood UI the seeded comments field width and length are so small that the timely entered /updated comments by HR are not viewable at a glance rather they have to copy in notepad and view the comments and then update them. This manual intervention of copying the comments into notepad ,view and update and copy paste back the comments is tiresome task considering the industry we are into , the number of employees applying such an absence type
