Adding a custom signature line / text block to a specific Performance Template

We have a Performance Improvement Plan document with two sections. The client wants the message "I agree with everything discussed in the meeting. Signed: ___________" to appear below each section. This is needed so managers can print the document during a meeting and have the employee sign it on paper.
We tried using a Questionnaire section to display this text, but when we click Print, the questionnaire block comes up completely blank on the printout.
How can we add this static text so it is fully visible upon printing, without affecting standard sections used in other annual performance documents?
