Redwood Account Overview Active Subscriptions Exist but Subscription Panel on Overview Page Is Blank

Hi Oracle Community,
I’m working in Fusion Sales Redwood and have enabled the Subscriptions tab/panel on the Account experience.
Here’s the issue:
The customer has active subscriptions that are visible in the dedicated Subscriptions page/tab for the account.
The subscription records display correctly there (subscription number, product, status = Active, start/end dates, MRR, etc.).
However, the Subscriptions panel on the Account Overview landing page remains blank, even though the same account clearly has active subscription data.

The active subscriptions can be seen if I click into view all subscriptions and click into the active subscriptions tab
